The only Chinese place ever. If ur gonna read a review make it this one. Forget any other review. This is the best Chinese food place in the entire world. Family favorite for like 20 years. Place is always clean the workers are always nice and the food comes out hot and fresh pretty quickly. Nothing compares to china Chen. My gf and I get it all the time it is our favorite. The go to items include the beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, wonton soup, chicken lo mein, and the eggrolls. Everything is genuinely earth shattering. We get it so much I now have china Chen in my contacts. It's that serious. Never had better Chinese food in my life. The only place to exist ever. And the prices are good as well. Great for broke college students. Such a good meal always. If I could eat china Chen every day for the rest of my life I would. I probably will. Literally the best ever. The food stays hot for so long you could drive 30 minutes back to ur house go inside smoke a j and the food would still be piping hot when you open it. Always so flavorful and delicious. We love this place. It is one of our favorite place to go. We bought our home 10 years ago. This was the first place we ate the night we moved in, and we freaking loved it. Still to date we love it. But we have noticed that the prices are higher witch we understand why. But the food portions are slowly getting smaller and smaller. My general combination meal doesn't even touch the top lid. My daughter's sesame / white rice combination plate wasn't any better. For 50$ you should fill them. We will still come to your restaurant and get our food,but it might only last a short while. We just want the money's worth. This is NOT a slam on you at all. We truly do love your food. Keep up the good work

China Chen in Cicero is hands down the best Chinese takeout in the Syracuse area! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and everything is consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, even when they're busy. Whether it's General Tso’s, lo mein, or their amazing dumplings, you can’t go wrong here. This spot is my go-to every time I’m craving Chinese—highly recommended!

Thank you for enjoying the food in our restaurant! Look forward to seeing you next time! You are really very friendly! Their oldest is 97. The youngest are at least 65 years old. Travel by car every year! Every year, they come to the restaurant to order their favorite food. Last year was a special year. I didn't see each other. But I'm really happy to see you again this year. Look forward to seeing you again.
🌟😮💨！I met a guest today! Very speechless! She made two phone calls before and after ordering. The first call ordered a piece of chicken with boiled vegetables and two spring rolls. He called again and said that there were two chicken slices with boiled vegetables. ok Then I told the cook to change the menu. One more. Then when the guest comes to pick up the meal. We reconfirmed her order. One or two. She told me with great certainty that she only ordered one. Er, we asked her that she had just called twice and said it was two copies. She answered me very definitely: No. I didn't order two. After finalizing her order! We wrapped her a piece of boiled vegetables, chicken slices and spring rolls. She paid the bill. We thought it was over. I didn't expect any follow-up. Alas. When the guest came home, he called to complain. Said she ordered two... Then start swearing... All kinds of unfriendly words. We want to explain that the lady doesn't listen at all. Finally, we give the solution of refund. Tell her she can refund and need her to give us her card number to pay for the meal. We will return the card. She gave me a different card number. We can't accept different card numbers. She was very angry and began to curse. Then we told her we could refund her cash. She doesn't accept... She has always stressed that she must refund to her card when using apple pay. But they don't give us the correct bank card number. The curse never stopped. The most difficult to reach consensus. We don't want to hear her continue to curse and hang up the phone for the end 🔚。 The service industry is so difficult
